For this reason the Gahela Knowledge Base contains a powerful search engine using gahelAI search technology. The search has relevancy sorting based on word location, distance, and count. Additionally, the search supports powerful Boolean modifiers for fined tuned searches. Additionally, The knowledge base has an intuitive auto search (also known as a predictive search) that will display articles instantly as the customer types in their search query.
Unlimited Articles & Categories
Staff and Administrators can add unlimited categories, unlimited sub-categories, and unlimited articles.
Integration with the ticket system
When a customer submits a ticket through the Help Desk APP the Knowledge Base automatically searches the knowledge base using the data the customer is entering in the ticket. The customer is then displayed a list of possible knowledge base matches, preventing the support staff from needing to send out links to relevant knowledge base articles.
Versatile Download System
The knowledge base system includes an upload manager tool to easily upload files to your server and add links to them in your knowledge base articles. You can then track the downloads, and protect the files from being leeched.
